Every photo on this site, where it came from, who made it and the license it is used under.
How images are used
The photos on this site are licensed stock and freely licensed images. Captions describe what is actually in each picture, and none is presented as local work. Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) and Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) images are credited below with author, license and a link to the original; images were resized and converted to WebP, and any edited CC BY-SA image stays under the same license. Public domain, CC0, Pexels and Unsplash images are listed too, although their licenses do not require credit.
If you hold the rights to an image here and want the credit changed or the image removed, use the contact form.
Diagrams
The labeled diagrams (files starting with diagram-) are drawn for this site and are not to scale. Mesh counts come from the screen makers' product data, the barrier rules from Florida Statutes 515.27 and 515.29 and Florida Residential Code R4501.17, and the design wind speeds from the ASCE 7-22 map values quoted on our pages (Pinellas County's 145 mph is set by county ordinance). Part names follow common screen enclosure usage.
